CLASSIC MEXICAN GUACAMOLE
- 2 Ripe Avocados From Mexico halved pitted and peeled
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 Tbsp onion minced
- 1 tsp jalapeño minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork (or potato masher) to make a slightly chunky mixture.
- Stir in lime juice, onion, jalapeño, and salt.
