Ingredients
  1. Corn tortillas 6
  2. Mozzarella cheese as required
  3. FILLING
  4. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  5. Onion sliced 1
  6. Garli chopped 4 cloves
  7. Green capsicum chopped 1 medium
  8. Baked beans 3/4 cup
  9. Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Paneer (cottage cheese) crumbled 1 cup
  12. FOR SAUCE
  13. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  14. Garli chopped 6 cloves
  15. Tomatoe pureed 3
  16. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  17. Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  18. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  19. Mozzarella cheese grated 3/4 cup
Instructions

  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté.
  3. Step 2
  4. Add garlic and green capsicum and cook till the onions are softened.
  5. Step 3
  6. Add baked beans, red chilli flakes and mixed dried herbs and mix and cook till almost dry.

  8. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  10. To make the sauce, sauté garlic in one tablespoon olive oil.
  11. Step 6
  12. Add pureed tomatoes, sugar, red chilli flakes, oregano and half the mozzarella cheese and cook till the mixture reaches a sauce consistency.

  14. Place a tortilla on the work top, spread some of the filling in the centre and top with paneer.

  16. Roll the tortilla.Place it in a baking dish.

  18. Similarly make more rolls and place in the dish.

  20. Drizzle the tomato sauce over.

  22. Grate mozzarella cheese on top.

  24. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
